What you need to buy a Aspinall debit card
You may need to provide proof of your identity and your address when applying for a Aspinall prepaid card - but that's it. There are no credit checks or any other information that you need to provide. Once you have been given or sent your Aspinallprepaid card, you will need to activate the Aspinall card by following the instructions from your Aspinall card provider. 
Aspinall PAYG will give you 10% discount at the Conservatory Cafe and Gift shop at the Howletts or Port Lympne Wild Animal Parks.
